Jennifer Hester Bristol Myers Squibb

Jennifer Hester is a Scientist in the Microbiology Center of Excellence Group at Bristol Myers Squibb. She serves as the technical subject matter expert for microbiological support of Clinical Supply Operations and leads her team in compliance and training initiatives as the lead environmental monitoring trainer. Jennifer holds a bachelor’s degree in Natural Resources Management and Policy from the University of Maryland and a certification in Biotechnology from Fortis College (formerly Berdan Institute). She began her microbiology career as a lead technician at Triarco Industries, followed by a role at MPL Laboratory, a contract laboratory in Sparta, NJ, before joining Bristol Myers Squibb.
