Ian Speers MPH, CPH, MedLog Pacto Medical

Ian Speers, MPH, CPH, MedLog is the CEO and Co-Founder of Pacto Medical, which creates innovative medical devices and supplies to solve overlooked challenges in medical logistics and healthcare delivery. At Pacto, he is advancing compact prefilled syringe technologies that expand access to care, reduce environmental impact, lower costs, and strengthen health systems. The company has received recognition and support from the World Health Organization, Harvard Innovation Labs, Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, Dartmouth College, and the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport, among others. Ian is a licensed EMT, certified medical logistician, and Search and Rescue Technician, with extensive experience managing medical supply chains and providing patient care during public health emergencies and disasters. He has deployed for and coordinated responses to disease outbreaks, natural disasters, conflict, and humanitarian crises worldwide for both governments and nonprofit organizations. He holds a Master of Public Health from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and a BA from Dartmouth College, where he studied anthropology, psychology, geography, and global health.
