Gea Bianchi MSc Flex

I am a biomedical engineer and subject matter expert in medical device cybersecurity. I joined Flex in 2019 as a Software Quality Engineer and in 2024 was appointed to the role of Cybersecurity Authority. In these roles, I coordinate medical product cybersecurity activities within the Healthcare Solutions division of Flex, defining strategies to keep Flex QMS aligned with the most recent standards, performing threat modeling and risk assessment activities, and developing awareness within Flex on product security topics. I hold an MS degree in Biomedical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and am an ISTQB certified tester, as well as Certified in Cybersecurity by ISC2. Since my earliest study years, I have been passionate about medical technologies and their safe and secure integration into the medical ecosystem to improve people’s lives.
