Francesca Ciraldo Johnson & Johnson

Francesca Ciraldo, MSAT LM DP Primary Packaging Principal Engineer at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine, holds a Ph. D. in Material Science and has 6+ years experience in pharma industry. She is currently leading the Vials and Cartrige Strongholds aiming to define platform system components for DP and focusing on screening and implementation of new vial and cartridge systems to meet new molecule needs. Previously, she worked as Senior product engineer at SCHOTT Pharma, where she managed development activities through the complete product lifecycle from proof of concept to product launch for RTU vials and cartridges.
