Fabio Dondi Fedegari

Fabio Dondi, MSc in Mechanical Engineering, is R&D Manager at Fedegari Group. He leads innovation and new product development initiatives for advanced pharmaceutical equipment and systems supporting sterile processing and decontamination applications. In his current role, he is responsible for core development programs and strategic innovation projects in highly regulated environments. At Fedegari, Fabio works on the development of new technology platforms and cross-functional initiatives aimed at translating emerging industry needs into scalable industrial solutions. His responsibilities include portfolio governance, technical leadership, and strategic partnerships. He also serves as technical lead for the collaboration with Multiply Labs in the cell and gene therapy space, contributing to innovative solutions for advanced therapies. Before joining Fedegari, he gained experience in complex engineering environments, including CAPEX project management and high-performance automotive development at Ferrari and General Motors. He is currently completing an Executive MBA at the University of Pavia.
