Erwin Andrews brings 18 years of comprehensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Throughout his career, Erwin has held leadership positions in aseptic manufacturing, quality assurance, and has served in various consulting roles. His professional journey is marked by a strong commitment to fostering a quality-driven mindset within each organization he supports.

During his tenure in the pharmaceutical sector, Erwin has been instrumental in developing and implementing strategic visions for his teams. He consistently worked alongside his colleagues to achieve these organizational goals, ensuring continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Before establishing Andrews Professional Services, Erwin contributed his expertise to several leading commercial, contract pharmaceutical companies, and consulting firms including Merck, Novo Nordisk, Catalent, Emergent, Pharmaceutics International, Inc., Validant, and Jeff Yuen and Associates. His roles at these organizations allowed him to gain in-depth insights and experience across various facets of the industry.

Recognizing a gap in the execution of Airflow Visualization Studies (AVS), in 2023 Erwin began offering the AVS services to clients. Through Andrews Professional Services, he delivers core AVS functions protocol generation, study execution, video editing, and final report. Erwin also provides aseptic coaching during these critical studies, supporting clients in achieving optimal performance and compliance.  This is a services that separates Andrews Professional Services from other providers of these services.

Erwin holds a Bachelor of Science degree from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, further underpinning his technical and leadership expertise in the pharmaceutical field.
