Eric T. Ludewig is a highly accomplished leader in global regulatory inspection readiness and operational compliance, with over 20 years of experience across the biologic, medical device, and pharmaceutical industries. In his current role as Operational Compliance Head at Takeda, Eric has spearheaded inspection readiness strategies for international manufacturing sites, co-authored enterprise-wide regulatory inspection management procedures, and driven key initiatives to enhance inspection preparedness. Through his dynamic and collaborative leadership style, he has been pivotal in cultivating a proactive compliance culture at Takeda. Before his focus on inspection readiness, Eric gained extensive experience through progressive leadership roles in internal quality auditing, supplier quality management, and medical device operations. He holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor of Science from the State University of New York at Oswego.
