Ercan Cetin Johnson & Johnson

Ercan is a pharmaceutical engineering leader with nearly two decades of hands-on experience in aseptic manufacturing, sterilization, and process validation across three countries: Turkey, Switzerland, and South Korea. Holding dual Bachelor's degrees in Chemistry and Business Administration, he has progressed through diverse technical and leadership roles within the pharmaceutical industry and currently serves as MSAT Manager at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Incheon.

Throughout his career at Johnson & Johnson, Ercan advanced through strategic responsibilities across core manufacturing systems, including serving as Site Technical Owner for sterilization and aseptic processes at J&J Schaffhausen, spearheading initiatives in process reliability, lifecycle strategy, innovative compliance, and cross-functional optimization.

As an FPX-certified project leader and contributor to BioPhorum work streams, he is known for operational excellence, and a passion for continuous improvement to drive robust, compliant, and innovative solutions in complex GMP-regulated environments while fostering collaboration across global teams.
