Elizabeth “Betsy” David is a global Quality leader with over 20 years of experience in biopharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing. She currently serves as the Vice President, Quality, Advanced Therapies at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicines Supply Chain, where she is accountable for the Quality oversight of cell & gene therapies and radiopharmaceuticals. Elizabeth has led multinational quality teams of over 700+ professionals, overseeing all aspects of quality and compliance across clinical & commercial operations. Her expertise spans new facility builds, scale-ups, product launches and site retirements, with hands-on leadership in project management, continuous improvement / lean, and regulatory strategy. She has successfully managed numerous health authority inspections and interactions with global regulatory agencies.
