Dustin Baird holds a Master's in Applied Physics and has been a clinical laboratory scientist in the Sterility Testing Service at the NIH Clinical Center since 2021. In this role, Dustin conducts microbiology QC testing to support the NIH Intramural cGMP program for Investigational New Drugs manufactured on the NIH campus for Phase I and Phase II clinical trials. Dustin has been instrumental in revamping the environmental monitoring program to include robust training of new staff and improved workflow efficiencies.
