Christine Gardner GlaxoSmithKline

Christine is the founder of Theia Talos Consulting, providing expert guidance in visual inspection and leak detection. For over 40 years she has been involved with the control and development of visual inspection and leak detection processes and technology. She began his career with the National Health Service responsible for sterile manufacture and visual inspection, and has worked for numerous pharmaceutical companies including GE healthcare, Teva and GSK. Her responsibilities included manual and automated inspection, new product introduction, technology transfer, and process improvement. Before starting her consulting firm, she acted as the subject matter expert for Visual inspection at GSK and as a member of the team which developed GSK global policies for Visual inspection and leak detection, the design and installation of visual inspection equipment and the development of over 20 inspection programs. She became a Fellow of GSK in 2021 for visual inspection. Christine holds an MBA from Glamorgan university. She co-authored the recently published paper on Visual Inspection with BioPhorum.
