Christiana Bielinski Baxter

Christie joined Baxter’s Global Quality Leadership Team in 2024 as Vice President of Global Quality Compliance. In this role, Christie is responsible for establishing the Quality compliance standard for Baxter as well as providing oversight to the Global Quality Compliance functions that support monitoring the business across the Baxter network. Christie’s responsibilities include establishment and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS), and providing strategic direction and oversight for Manufacturing Compliance, Quality Event Management, Quality Data Analytics, Risk Management, Post- Market Surveillance, Quality Auditing and Compliance Excellence. Prior to joining Baxter, Christie served as the Global Head for QMS, Audit and Compliance at Novartis. In addition, she has held roles of increasing responsibility spanning appointments at Johnson & Johnson, Janssen Pharmaceuticals, Ethicon, Inc. and Baxter. She has extensive experience in Quality Compliance, working closely over her almost 30-year career with health authorities around the world developing robust, risk-appropriate solutions to a wide variety of quality and compliance challenges. Christie holds a BS degree in Animal Science from Purdue University and has completed graduate coursework towards a Master’s of Science Degree in Molecular Biology at Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago.
