Christa serves as the Director of Technical Product Development at West Pharmaceutical Services. With an extensive background in biomedical engineering, she graduated with a diploma from the University of Aachen, which laid the foundation for her illustrious career in the pharmaceutical packaging and industry spanning over two decades. Throughout her career, Christa has honed her expertise in prefillable systems and delivery technology. At West, she has contributed significantly in various roles, including technical customer service, marketing, and product management. Before joining West in 2005, Christa built a rich résumé of experience. She held the position of Quality Assurance Manager at one of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies specializing in sterile filling and packaging processes. Additionally, she worked for several years with the leading manufacturer of prefillable syringes, where she focused on customer quality assurance.
