Brian Chviruk Takeda

Brian Chviruk is an experienced Tech Operations & Quality leader with a comprehensive background in Engineering, Validation, Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, and Quality. Currently, he serves as the Global Quality Systems Operations Lead at Takeda, where he drives strategic initiatives such as the Veeva eQMS transition and the development of an AI Investigation Digital Assistant. Brian has successfully led continuous improvement projects in both the US and Japan, implementing digital solutions and operational enhancements that align with global quality objectives. He holds a Masters in Engineering Management from Dartmouth College and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Bucknell University. As a Massachusetts Licensed Professional Engineer, he also holds certifications including ASQ Certified Quality Engineer and Project Management Professional. Brian is passionate about developing future leaders and is committed to enhancing compliance by simplifying and improving processes. His work has been instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across Takeda's global network.
