Amy Rinaldi Matchstick LLC

Amy Rinaldi leads pharmaceutical client programs for user research and human factors activities. She has a special interest in patient support programs, regulatory landscapes, and inventing new approaches to collect rich data from study participants. She has published peer-reviewed research in the areas of self-injection training, patient rituals, and reconstitution devices, and has 6 patents pending. She has a BS in Chemical Engineering from Manhattan College and a Graduate Certificate in Human Factors Engineering from Penn State.
