Amanda Tilles MS Phillips Medisize

Amanda Tilles is the Manager of the Human Factors Engineering group at Phillips Medisize and has been a member of the Phillips Medisize team since 2021. Amanda has a depth of knowledge and experience when it comes to designing and executing usability evaluations and user research, assessing and documenting usability risks, analyzing and translating data into actionable findings, and navigating regulatory pathways. Her work ensures that medical devices are not only safe and effective but also intuitive and user-friendly for patients and healthcare professionals alike. Now, as the manager of the global human factors engineering group, Amanda empowers her team to deliver human-centered solutions across platforms and customer programs, driving success through collaboration and commitment to quality. Amanda holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering and a master’s degree in biomedical engineering from Drexel University.
