Alina Gruber GlaxoSmithKline

Dr. Alina Gruber is a medical professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. She is currently Country Medical Director for GSK Switzerland, where she provides leadership to the Medical Affairs teams, working in strategic partnership with Commercial teams, and ensuring appropriate Medical Governance. Previously, Alina held different roles in multiple therapeutic areas, working on different assets and product lifecycles. She contributed to clinical development strategy, coordinated portfolio medical plans and implemented strategic partnerships to improve patient care pathways and outcomes. In her roles, Alina alos played important role in driving scientific communication strategy and in the development of medical education projects to improve medical communities knowledge and drive diseases awareness with patients and lay public. Alina is physician by background and she holds a Master in Business Administration from the "Institut National pour le Développement Economique" and a degree in General Medicine from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Bucharest.
