Alex Tan Microbial Solutions (Singapore) | Charles River

Alex Tan is a Scientific Porfolio Specialist with Microbial Solutions, Charles River Laboratories. His experience spans all Bacterial Endotoxin Testing platforms including recombinant methodologies. In his present role, he is responsible for providing scientific support across the portfolio of Charles River Microbial Solution services from Endosafe® Bacterial Endotoxin Testing, Accugenix® Microbial Identification to Celsis® Rapid Microbial Detection and supporting customers across the APAC region in the application of QC microbiological solutions including, directing seminars and workshops, training programs and development of QC procedures. He has a broad understanding of topics including product and method specific validations and latest regulatory updates. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology from The University of Western Australia.
