Aleksandra J. Poole, Ph.D. is a seasoned biotechnology executive with nearly 20 years of experience driving innovation across CMC development, translational science, and clinical strategy in neuroscience, oncology, and regenerative medicine. She has led cross-functional teams from early discovery through late-stage development, with a strong track record in IND-enabling activities and regulatory execution. Dr.Poole has successfully overseen complex CMC operations, GMP scale-up, and global supply chain management to support early-and mid-stage clinical trials. She has led the development of several first-in-human clinical programs using human embryonic stem cell (hESC)-derived cell therapies. She has also advanced dendritic cell-based immunotherapies across multiple oncological indications. Her work has contributed to numerous successful IND submissions and collaborative partnerships with leading biopharmaceutical companies to accelerate next-generation therapeutics.
