Dr. Albena Björck is an Associate Professor at the ZHAW School of Management and Law and an affiliated lecturer at the Stanford Center for Design Research. Her academic work focuses on purpose-driven strategies, innovation, and organizational renewal, from a human-centered perspective. She leads the Global Business Lab – Center for Purpose, Resilience, and International Strategic Management and fosters strategic business-academia colaborations for research and teaching. She works closely with global players such as Johnson & Johnson, Logitech, Deloitte, Clariant, ASMPT, Alliance to Zero. Holding a PhD from the University of St. Gallen on strategies and business models in European pharmaceutical distribution, she combines over 20 years of leadership experience in business practice with 10 years of active roles in research, academic and executive education, and international academic associations.
