Aimee Cunningham PhD, MPH Bristol Myers Squibb

Aimee Cunningham received her Ph.D. from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio and additionally holds a Masters in Public Health from the University of South Florida. She worked at FDA as a microbiology reviewer in CDER from 2017 - 2019 and in CTP from 2019 - 2021, before being promoted to supervisory microbiologist in CTP from 2021 - 2022. Aimee is now an Associate Director in the Microbiology Center of Excellence at Bristol Myers Squibb. Her team supports rapid microbiological methods, specifically sterility testing, mycoplasma testing, and automated environmental monitoring technologies, and provides global support for microbiological method transfers for cell therapy and biologics.
