Adithya Balasubramanian (Adi) is the Senior Director of Business Development at ten23 health, bringing over 16 years of experience in the biotech industry across Genentech, Regeneron, and Lonza. His background includes pharmaceutical development, external collaborations, and alliance management, with a focus on biologics formulation. Adi began his career as a Research Associate at Regeneron and Genentech, where he contributed to the development of biologics such as Eylea (aflibercept), Praluent (alirocumab), and Polivy (polatuzumab vedotin).
