All presentations must be free of commercial intent. Incomplete proposals will not be considered.

Visual presentations highlighting recent advancements, case studies, research findings, or innovative approaches in the industry. Posters should present data and outcomes clearly and without commercial bias. Printed posters are displayed in the Exhibit Hall during breaks and lunches with designated times for poster presenters to engage directly with attendees.

Poster Information
Poster presenters are responsible for printing and bringing their poster to the event.
To simplify the process, PDA will offer printing services through Shepard Expositions for an additional fee. Further details about this service will be provided if your poster is officially accepted.
Important
Poster presenters are required to pay a full conference registration fee.
