Eric Thostesen, Sr. Director Pharmaceutical Regulatory Compliance
Eric Thostesen is currently Sr. Director Pharmaceutical Regulatory Compliance for Johnson and Johnson. In his role he provides strategic compliance support to all phases of new product development in large molecule, small molecule, ATMPs and combination products for purpose if submission and inspection readiness in both the GMP-CMC and GCP arenas. He has been with Johnson and Johnson for twenty-six years holding compliance roles of increasing complexity including audits, site compliance improvements and cross functional GxP compliance initiatives connecting the product development lifecycle. Eric began his career as an investigator with the US Food and Drug Administration.
