PDA Establishes New Early Career Professional Grant in Memory of Jette Christensen

The Jette Christensen Early Career Professional Grant was established in memory of Jette Christensen who passed away in Late October of 2023.  As a PDA member, Board Member, and PDA Chair, Jette’s dedication to PDA’s mission (Advancing pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical manufacturing science and regulation so members can better serve patients) benefited not only PDA members but the entire industry.  The grant will provide funding for the development of the next generation of industry leaders which is reflective of one of Jette’s many passions. Early Career Professionals selected to receive this prestigious developmental grant will receive funding to enabling their attendance at PDA’s technical conferences and training courses.

To donate click on the Donate Box and select the “Jette Christensen Early Career Professional Grant” option form the “Where should this donation go toward?” drop down list.

PDA’s motto is Connecting People Science and Regulation®. To advance its mission, PDA formed the PDA Foundation for Pharmaceutical Education, Training and Research (PDAF) in 1997 for the following purposes:

  1. To support the education, training and research activities of the Parenteral Drug Association, Inc.
  2. To generally support education, training and research in the pharmaceutical sciences.
  3. To increase awareness and educate the public on pharmaceutical sciences by disseminating information and presenting public discussion groups, forums, panels, lectures and other programs.
  4. To do any and all other things which are consistent with its other goals and objectives.

Every donation, no matter how large or how small, makes a difference! Everyone, from students and young professionals just beginning their pharmaceutical manufacturing journey, to mid and late career professionals will benefit from your generosity.
