• What is a live Web Seminar?
  PDA Web Seminars are best described as "anywhere learning". You can participate in a live PDA Web Seminar from any computer, telephone and Internet connection. Live Web Seminars enable you to view the speaker's presentation in real-time, listen to the presentation, and ask questions by way of your computer or telephone. PDA uses an integrated telephony and web conferencing platform called "GoTo Webinar" which requires no special software except an Internet browser plug-in.
• What do I need to participate in a live PDA Web Seminar?
  You will need a telephone (preferably with a speakerphone), a computer and an Internet connection (A high speed connection is recommended).
• What are the Technical Requirements for a live PDA Web Seminar?

• Can I download the plug-in for the Internet browser ahead of time?
  We recommend that you install the plug-in before the session to ensure your participation. To download the plug-in, visit the GoTo Meeting Support website. If you are unable to install the plug-in before the start of the Web seminar, the plug-in will be installed and configured (approx. 1MB) when you join the session.
• What if I am unable to download the plug-in?

• Can I verify that my computer setup will work on the day of the Web Seminar?
  We recommend that you check your computer at least two or three days prior to the Web Seminar. You may test your computer from your registration e-mail confirmation.
• When can I get the handout(s) for the PDA Web Seminar?
  Handouts are provided 1 business day prior to all PDA Web Seminars, unless otherwise specified. 
• When and how will I receive the login instructions?
  All registered participants will receive a confirmation e-mail with instructions on how to log in to the live PDA Web Seminar. You will receive log on instructions and handouts of the presentation via email 1 business days prior to the date of the web seminar. If you have registered for the On Demand Web Seminar, you will receive instructions and hand outs of the presentation via email 2 business day after the live event. If you faxed your registration form, your registration confirmation will take one to two days to process. If you paid by check, your registration confirmation may take two to four days to process. An event number, event password, audio information and contact information will be provided in the confirmation e-mail.
• Who should I call if I do not receive the login instructions?

  On the day of the Web Seminar, call PDA at +1 (301) 656-5900, ext. 0 and a PDA Customer Service Representatives will be able to help you.
• How do I log in to a live PDA Web Seminar?
  You can log in to a live PDA Web Seminar up to ten minutes before the start time of the event. Log in using the information provided in your e-mail invitation.: 1. Go to the section called "Join Meeting" 2. Enter your meeting number and then click the "Join Now" button. 3. Enter your first name, last name, e-mail address and event password. 4. Click the "Join" button. 5. Once you are inside the GoTo Webinar event, dial-in numbers to call into the session will be provided. Please follow these instructions carefully.
• What if I have technical problems on the day of the Web Seminar?
  Call GoTo Meeting/Webinar Tech Support From the U.S., call 1-800-263-6317. From outside the U.S., visit the GoTo Meeting/Webinar Customer Support website locate the toll-free support number for your country.
• If I am outside of US/Canada, what phone number should I use?
  The integrated telephony and GoTo Webinar platform supports a toll-free number for US/Canada participants as well as 18 International countries. Supported international toll-free countries are Australia, China - North, China - South, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, France, Germany, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, UK, Brazil and Mexico.
• What if my country does not have a toll-free number to dial into a Web Seminar?
  We recommend that you use the US/Canada Direct Number provided. This number is not a toll-free number and you will incur long-distance charges. You can try to use a toll-free number of a listed toll-free country if it is close in location.
• Where can I verify my local time for the live Web Seminar?
  Live PDA Web Seminars are advertised in EST. To verify the local time for your Live Web Seminar, visit http://www.timeanddate.com/ and enter either Washington, DC time (EST or EDT) or Brussels time (CET or CEST) and your city.
• What is the cut-off time for PDA Web Seminar registration?
  Online registrations are accepted up until two hours before any PDA Web Seminar. If you have any questions about your registration, please contact PDA Customer Service at 1-301-656-5900.
• What is included in a single PDA Web Seminar registration?
  One registration includes ONE telephone connection, ONE Internet connection and permission to print any available handouts. If your name and e-mail address are used for multiple logins, then PDA will charge for each additional login.
• How many people can attend the PDA Web Seminar from my location?
  An unlimited number of attendees can join per location under a single login. Many companies reserve conference rooms and have their entire staff join the session. All you need is a speakerphone and computer connected to a LCD projector. However, if your name and e-mail address are used for multiple logins, then PDA will charge for each additional login.
• What if someone else in my company at a different location would like to attend the same Web Seminar?
  Since one registration includes one telephone and one Internet connection, each location would required you to purchase a single registration. If your company name and e-mail address are used for multiple logins, then PDA will charge for each additional login. PDA does not condone conferencing multiple lines per one connection. PDA reserves the right to disconnect any phone lines caught with multiple phone connections.
• Will I receive CEUs for participating in a PDA Web Seminar? A Certificate of attendance?
  We currently do not offer CEUs for PDA Web Seminars or On-Demand Recordings.
• What is the PDA Web Seminar cancellation policy?
  Full refunds will be granted for cancellations received in writing to PDA no later than 5:00 p.m. EST. two days prior to the start date of the Web Seminar. No refunds will be granted after this time. Refunds will not be given for no-shows. On-Demand Recordings can be requested in exchange. Web Seminars may be cancelled due to lack of enrollment or uncontrollable delivery factors. Registrants will be notified in advance if a cancellation occurs. PDA is not responsible for any outside related costs incurred by registrants, such as reservation fees or change fees.
• Can I record a Live Web Seminar on my own?
  We offer On-Demand Recordings for purchase. Recording any PDA Live Web Seminar is strictly prohibited and is punishable by law. All PDA Web Seminars are copyrighted.
• What is an On-Demand Recording?
  Previously held Live Web Seminars are available as recorded sessions, which you can view at your convenience. Registration orders are processed within two business days, after which participants will receive an e-mail confirmation with a password to the On-Demand Recording. After receiving the password to the On-Demand Recording, you have 30 days to view it.
• What are the Technical Requirements for an On-Demand Recording?
  To view an On-Demand Recording, you need a computer with an Intel Pentium 166 MHz or faster, 128 MB RAM or more, a sound card, and speakers or headset. You will also need a computer with a 56K modem connection or better (128K recommended). See System Requirements.
