The Audit Committee’s role is to act on behalf of PDA’s Board of Directors and oversee all material aspects of the organization’s financial reporting, internal control, and audit functions. The audit committee recommends the choice of external audit company for final approach by the Board of Directors.
Who Should Apply
The committee member should have knowledge of primary activities of PDA, ability to read and understand non-profit financial statement or understand key operational and financial risks.
The Audit Committee meets four times per year with at least one face to face meeting with an estimated time commitment of approximately 5 hours per Quarter.
