Jaime Cobo has more than 15 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical and food industry, with wide experiences in process improvements and inspection technologies. Mr Cobo was responsible for CAPEX Projects, the Business Planning and Technical Training for a company in Mexico, Spain and Switzerland.
After earning a diploma in mechanical engineering from the Technische Hochschule in Nuremberg, he joined Bosch Packaging Technology in 2009 as a process engineer for filling- and CIP/SIP-systems. In parallel to this job, he studied Management at the FernUniversität in Hagen and earned his Master of Science in 2012.
Since July 2014, he is product manager for the business field ampoules and filling systems with global product responsibility. His main responsibilities are Market Analysis, Initiating New Product Developments, and Business development.
Giovanni-Benedetto Golinelli is currently Area Sales Manager for Far East Asia and Australia Product and Application Specialist at Bonfiglioli Engineering, part of TASI Group. He received his M.S degree in Condensed Matter Physics from the University of Modena (Italy) in 2006, after several study and work experiences around Europe and in the US. He has devoted his professional life, at the beginning, to R&D development of technical solutions for manufacturing and process companies, shifted in the last decade to quality assurance (including ISO9001:2015 certification) and validation for medical devices and pharmaceutical machinery suppliers. He has formerly covered the positions of Q.A. and Product Manager at Bonfiglioli Engineering.
He has represented his company at PDA Europe Workshops on Container Closure Integrity Testing as well as other Congresses in Europe, U.S. and Asia.
Dr. Bernhard Hladik gained a Diploma in Chemistry of the University of Duisburg and in 1996 a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from the Institute of Applied Thermodynamics at the University of Heidelberg.
Since October 2000 he has been working for the SCHOTT AG and form 2009 on his area of responsibility is pharmaceutical packaging holding different key-functions in Product Management, Development and Project Management for the product group ampoules, vials and cartridges. This includes trend mapping, innovations and strategic projects like functional coatings, ready to fill containers and primary packaging solutions for highly sensitive biologics. His current title/position is Director Business Development Bulk Solution with Pharmaceutical Systems at SCHOTT AG.
Sok Tiang joined West as the Regional Technical Services Manager and over the years, took on varied roles of increasing responsibilities, from Business Development to Marketing and R&D. She is currently the Lead in Scientific Affairs and Technical Services for Asia Pacific. With the years of working closely with the customers and prior experience in the manufacturing as well as quality assurance of injectables in a multinational pharmaceutical company, she is able to serve as a technical solutions provider in supporting the customers in their pharmaceutical packaging and drug delivery challenges.
Sok Tiang holds a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy with Honors and MBA from the National University of Singapore.
Christian Kolic is a Product Manager Inspection Machines for Seidenader GmbH in Germany. Christian has over 20 years’ experience in inspection of pharmaceutical products.
In his current role as product manager, he is responsible for further development and maintenance of the product portfolio and manages activities such as preparation and coordination of market and technology analysis, development and project management for the implementation of new product and service ideas.
Michael Payne graduated as a Chemical Engineer from University of New South Wales majoring in bioprocessing. Spent three years in post-graduate research on membrane filter characterization and production. Joined for Millipore (now Merck Millipore) in 1980 and has served in a variety of positions around the world including regional management, technical support management, equipment validation protocol writing and execution, technology management, Global Manager of Technical and Customer Training in Bedford Mass. Now he is the principal technical consultant working in Asia focusing on validation, regulations, sterilization, integrity testing and filtration process / compliance review and consulting. Over the last two decades, Michael has presented at a number of industry, ISPE and PDA meetings in Asia delivering materials on quality, process efficiency, single-use technology, filter qualification, and sterile compliance. He has also been involved in the planning and delivery of generic technical education for inspectors and reviewers in a number of countries across Asia.
Rico Schulze is a registered pharmacist from Germany with an additional degree in economics. From 2001 until March 2019 he was working as GMP and GDP Inspector with the local health authorities of the Germany federal state of Saxony. Since April 2019 Rico works with the Saxon State Ministry of Social Affairs and Consumer Protection where he is involved in both EU and national legislation.
Cristina Testoni is an active member of ISPE and PDA. She collaborated to the ISPE “Sustainability Handbook”.
Beginning her working pharmaceutical career in USA in 1996 where she held the position of sales manager for the representative of sterilization & water treatment equipment. In the pharmaceutical/lifescience industry for more than 20 years she continued her working career as USA Commercial Manager for a water treatment company and then Global Pharma Commercial Director in the field of cleaning and sterilization.
Since 2017, she is in charge of the Global Business Development of “Pharma Integration”, an “innovative”, fast growing company, specialized in the new generation of fully robotized automatic pharmaceutical process system based on flexible modular solutions, integrated with a gloveless isolator technology in the process area (www.pharmaintegration.it). Pharma Integration is part of SKAN Group (www.shan.ch).
Zanardi is Senior Manager at Bosch Packaging Technology, where he is responsible for vision inspection development and applications at the Center of Competence for Vision Technology, located in Japan. In this position he has been project manager for platform development of automated inspection machines, and also responsible for vision technology applications in customer projects.
Before joining the Bosch Packaging division, Zanardi worked at Bosch Corporate Research where he was responsible for the Japanese branch of that unit.
He has a doctoral degree in materials science, with specialty in spectroscopic characterization of defects in semiconductor materials.
