Overview

PDA is proud to announce the first Interest Group Meeting Vaccines to take place in Europe! Join us in the beautiful city of Munich and take advantage of the open forum design approach offered by this focused Interest Group meeting. Hear presentations from leading experts and interact and discuss your experiences with colleagues in an open atmosphere. Share your opinion and enlarge your knowledge in interactive discussions. Receive the latest information about the status of the ongoing activities of the Vaccines Interest Group.

The goal of this meeting is to provide a platform for discussions around current challenges and hot topics such as:

  • New technologies and innovation approaches
  • Vaccine control strategy
  • Vaccine lifecycle management
  • The development of PDA’s Technical Report

An interactive afternoon session provides participants with the opportunity for in-depth exchange in small moderated working groups. The roundtable discussions will encompass relevant topics such as manufacturing considerations for vaccines, potency assays and requirements, opportunities for leveraging prior knowledge during development and/or manufacturing that enable vaccine supply and promote innovation as well as acceleration into market. Share your expertise and opinions on current points of discussion around vaccines development and lifecycle management (novel excipients, adjuvants, alternatives to animal testing, platform development, modelling approaches, and others) with your peers and experienced industry experts. We welcome topic submissions focused on the meeting scope or other relevant topics of current interest to the industry.

Please send your proposal no later than July 5, 2019 to the attention of Teresa Schubach: [email protected]
