Haunted French Quarter History Walking Tour – $60 Per Person

You are in for a fun evening exploring the grim and ghostly deeds of the historic French Quarter. Secret and sinister, most of these events occurred a very long time ago. With 300 years of history, ghosts, and spirits still haunt the legendary Vieux Carré.

You will escape into the past as you follow your eclectic, licensed New Orleans Tour Guides providing you with an eerie and chilling, yet fun-filled adventure! You'll visit sights of documented hauntings and see the French Quarter residences in which unbelievable events took place.

  • Start Time and Location: 18:00 – meet PDA staff in the hotel lobby to walk to the tour meeting point. Meeting point is approx. 1.3 miles (2.1 km) from hotel.
  • End Time and Location: 20:30 – the tour will end in the French Quarter and participants are responsible for their own transportation back to the hotel
  • Length of Time: Approx. 2.5 hours
  • Recommended Attire: Comfortable walking shoes and a water bottle

Spirits Haunted Pub Crawl – $78 Per Person

Care for some spirits with your spirits? On this unique pub crawl, you'll visit the most infamously haunted locations in the French Quarter, many of them not known to tourists.

You'll stop at 3 establishments to enjoy the finest drinks and the most engaging ghost stories that New Orleans has to offer. And, since it's New Orleans, you are actually able to carry your alcoholic drinks with you on the street! It will be a ghostly good time!

  • Start Time and Location: 18:00 – meet PDA staff in the hotel lobby to walk to the tour meeting point. Meeting point is approx. 1.3 miles (2.1 km) from hotel.
  • End Time and Location: 20:00 – the tour will end in the French Quarter and participants are responsible for their own transportation back to the hotel
  • Length of Time: Approx. 2 hours
  • Recommended Attire: Comfortable walking shoes and a water bottle

New Orleans Culinary Demonstration – $85 Per Person

A private cooking demonstration in a city known for it's cuisine! Just a few blocks away from the Hyatt, you will be immersed in a culinary experience on the third floor of a historic renovated molasses warehouse built in the early 1800s (ADA Accessible). You will learn the basics of Louisiana Cooking, with fun as the primary ingredient, as one of our charismatic chefs teaches your choice of New Orleans specialties such as Gumbo, Jambalaya and Pralines, and seasons them with history, trivia and tall tales. It's a "ga-ron-teed" good time! Throughout the class, you will enjoy a delicious dinner drawn from the menu items that have just been prepared before your eyes!

  • Start Time and Location: 18:00 – meet PDA staff in the hotel lobby to walk to the cooking demonstration meeting point. Meeting point is approx. 1.1 miles (1.8 km) from hotel.
  • End Time and Location: 21:00 – participants are responsible for their own transportation back to the hotel
  • Length of Time: Approx. 3 hours
  • Recommended Attire: Comfortable shoes and a water bottle
