Renee Morley is an Account Manager for the Life Sciences Division of STERIS Corporation supporting the Contamination Control Solutions product line. Renee has been with STERIS for over 11 years. In this role, Renee leads training on Contamination Control in Cleanrooms and provides technical support related to critical environments, process research cleaners and cleaning validation. This includes field support, site audits, training presentations and educational seminars related to these topics. Renee attended and completed the Sterile Drug Delivery Program at the University of Tennessee in Memphis, TN and training at NC State’s BTEC which focused on aseptic processing, facilities, equipment, GMP practices, and microbial control challenges. Renee received her MBA from Lake Erie College in Painesville, Ohio, her BA in Marketing from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio and is currently the President of the PDA Southeast Chapter. Renee serves on the PDASE Board to provide a collaborative environment for the Southeast Chapter members by executing events that assist with the advancement of technology in the industry.
Austin Caudle is the Director of Strategic Accounts and Business Development, Precision Medicine, at Metabolon, based in Research Triangle Park, NC. As a business development professional with 17 years of progressive experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device industries, Austin helps clients to proactively interpret regulations, understand processes and product technologies, make sound decisions, facilitate change and drive business benefit. He has delivered technical training and presentations at various companies, participated as an invited guest speaker at multiple PDA conferences, and invited to serve on numerous PDA conference planning committees. Austin received his M.S. in Food Science and B.S. in Nutrition and Food Science from Auburn University and is currently the Vice President of the PDA Southeast Chapter. Austin serves on the PDASE Board because companies change and people move around but the relationships built at PDA are constant. The Southeast Chapter provides a forum for education and networking opportunities that help make a difference in healthcare for people around the world.
Currently serving as Director of Business Development for Kymanox, MaryBeth brings 14 years of business relations experience to the biotech and pharma industries and is passionate about bridging the Biotech-Community Gap through grassroots efforts. She sits as Secretary of the Board for the Walltown Children’s Theatre, and orchestrates events throughout the Triangle including educational and technical symposiums for organizations such as ISPE-CaSA, TEDx San Antonio, Triangle Biotech Research Symposium, the UNC Post-Doc Association and the Durham Chamber of Commerce. MaryBeth serves on the PDASE Board to support the development and dissemination of advanced pharmaceutical science and regulatory information to our members in the pharma and biopharma communities.
Ryan Phillips serves as a Supply Chain Planner for Seqirus. Ryan earned a B.S in Supply Chain Management at NC State University and completed an internship in the GlaxoSmithKline Future Leaders Program. He brings 5 years of experience in vaccines production planning, direct and indirect procurement, and quality control planning. Ryan is interested in the advancement of global public health and vaccine supply chain strategy. Ryan serves on the PDASE board to support student chapter initiatives, provide annual scholarships, and engage students who are interested in the pharma industry.
