All international orders below $200.00 will be shipped by priority air and are not traceable, delivery in 3-8 weeks.
For international orders $200 and over will be shipped by air courier. Delivery will be around 10 - 14 business days. Please contact PDA at [email protected] for tracking details.
Order Policy
- Please provide a street address for shipping purposes. PDA cannot deliver to a P.O. Box for orders shipped via courier.
- PDA does not pay customs or duties on international shipping.
- Claims for non-receipt of an order must be filed within 1 month from the date of invoice.
- No refunds or replacements if an accurate address was not provided with the order.
- For non-member government orders, please use the order form to mail or fax in payment
Payment
Payment must be received before an order can be shipped. Make checks payable to PDA in US Dollars and payable via a US Bank. Visa, MasterCard/Discover, and American Express credit cards are accepted. If the preferred method of payment is electronic funds transfer, please contact PDA at [email protected] for current bank details.
Return Policy
- PDA does not accept exchanges/returns on items that have already been shipped. Cancellations of orders must be made within 24 hours from the time the original order is placed.
- Refund or replacement will be granted if the package was received damaged. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will be posted to the original credit card used at the time of purchase. Other refunds will be provided in the form of the original payment method.
- For No refund for digital products will be given once the item is downloaded.
