**Please note the login password to access any Journal Article or Technical Report is case sensitive, please use capital letters where appropriate.  Also, Technical Reports are only available for a 30-day download period, please refer to the weekly email "Connector" for new issues available and for download deadlines or contact PDA at info@pda.org.  After this download period, the technical reports are available for purchase at the PDA Bookstore.
