The PDA Biennial Training Conference has been designed to provide participants with innovative knowledge, skills and proven tools to increase employee performance within a regulated environment.  Are you a dedicated training professional embedded in the learning function of your organization?   Are you a functional manager who is responsible for ensuring your staff has the minimum qualifications, education and training to compliantly perform their jobs?  In either case, making the transition from training to comply, to learning to perform is critical in addressing real business needs within an ever-changing regulatory environment.

The conference is designed for anyone with training responsibilities in the bio/pharmaceutical industry and will provide the most current information needed to strengthen your training expertise. The format will include keynote speakers, workshops and round table discussions where you will have the opportunity to share ideas and interact with other training professionals.

Join colleagues and connect with proven training leaders at the 2012 PDA Biennial Training Conference and take home the knowledge, skills and tools you need to position your training as a critical success factor for meeting key business, quality, and compliance objectives.

Complementing the conference are PDA Training and Research Institute (PDA TRI) training courses and an exhibition featuring vendors who provide excellent services in support of training efforts.
