Directions to TRI
Directions to PDA Training and Research Institute:
By METRO from Reagan National Airport
Take Metrorail's Yellow Line, in the direction of "Mt. Vernon Square/UDC", to a transfer point on the Red Line (Gallery Place). From Gallery Place take Metrorail's Red Line marked "Shady Grove" or "Grosvenor" to the Bethesda station OR Take Metrorail's Blue Line marked "Addison Road " to the transfer point to the Red Line ( Metro Center station). From the Metro Center station take the Red Line marked "Shady Grove" or "Grosvenor" to the Bethesda station. . Once arriving at the Bethesda station proceed to the top of the escalator, make a turn to your right and proceed through the tunnel under Wisconsin Ave. Once on the street level, proceed two blocks east on East-West Highway. 4350 Bethesda Towers is on the right, across from Bethesda-Chevy Chase High School. PDA is on the 2nd floor, the TRI facility will be on the 1st floor.
By METRO from Union Station:
Take Metrorail's Red Line to the Bethesda station. Follow directions above.
By Car or Taxi from Reagan National Airport:
Take the George Washington Parkway north to 495 (toward Maryland). From Route 495 you will take Exit 34, Wisconsin Avenue (Route 355). Continue south on Wisconsin Avenue approximately 2.5 miles. Turn left at Montgomery Avenue. Turn left at MD-410 (East-West Highway) PDA is located on East-West Highway. 4350 Bethesda Towers is on the right, across from Bethesda-Chevy Chase High School. PDA is on the 2nd floor, the TRI facility is on the 1st floor, Suite 150.
From Dulles Airport:
By car or taxi, take the Dulles Access Road to Route 495 North. Continue on 495 North to Exit 34, Wisconsin Avenue. Directions are the same as those from National Airport by car.
From BWI Airport and Points North:
Take I-95 South to 495 West (towards College Park/Silver Spring). Continue on 495 to Exit 34, Wisconsin Avenue (south toward Bethesda). Follow directions for National Airport by car.
From the Sounth:
Take I-95 North to Route 495 North/Frederick. At the Route 495/I-270 split, bear right onto Route 495. Continue on Route 495 north to the second exit, Wisconsin Avenue (Route 355 south). Follow directions for National Airport by car.
Parking:
Parking is available in the parking garage below Bethesda Towers. There are also public lots within walking distance of the facility.
